Trust His Will

The simple purpose of the believer is to be in God’s will, and to trust in His love for He cares for you. To be in God’s will is to apply His will to your times and your circumstances.. to allow Him to align your will to His will. To apply His will to your times is His responsibility – not mine and not yours. To apply His will to your circumstances is to trust Him – to trust in His love. He will not fail thee. He will not forsake thee. He will choose for you and for me our place of service – our places of rest. He will direct our steps; supply our needs; point out our way. We will hear His voice whisper in our ear - this is the way, walk in it. 

Hear His Voice

He will mark out our stops and cause us to rest beside still waters. He will call us aside into a quiet place, and cause us to rest awhile. Jesus said to His disciples: Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest awhile for there were many comings and goings, and they had no leisure so much as to eat. Mark 6:31He will not leave us forever in the valley of darkness. He will not permit us to remain continually.. in the shadow of destruction. He will restore your soul and He will refresh my heart. He will heal your heart and He will comfort my soul.

Follow His Lead

He will guide our footsteps and protect our paths. He will open for us a door of hope in Valley of Achor, and bring us from the desolate place into the promised land: Beulah.. for the Lord delights in His children. Proverbs 3:12  We will be a crown of glory in the hand of our Lord, and a royal diadem in the palm of our God. And He will call us Hephzibah.. for the Lord delights in His children. Isaiah 62:4

Hear His Word

And so we may quietly and confidently commit ourselves into His hands. We may lie down in the green pastures of His gracious provision. We may rest assured that our futures are under His control. Our best desires will be fulfilled. Our noblest ambitions will be realised.

Believe His Plan

How reassuring are the promises of our great Shepherd of the sheep. His rod of discipline corrects. His staff of comfort soothes. His table of provision sustains. His cup of abundance overflows with blessings. His sanctifying Spirit overshadows to consecrate and conform.

Enjoy His Provision

He is the Holy One Who sustains all things. He is the Mighty God Who maintains all things through His sovereign power. He leads and cares for us, searching out His best for our lives. He places us beside the cooling waters of His refreshment – His living waters. He sends us forth with His goodness, and His mercy is strewn like rose petals along our way and He is returning to take us to be with Himself forever.

Trust His Plan

In my Father’s house are many mansions.. if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you, and if I go – I will return and receive you unto Myself .. John 14:2-3  So don’t be anxious – HE CARES
