They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony. § Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them. § That through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. § In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. § Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
