Consolation in Christ … comfort of love … fellowship of the Spirit.

Man who is born of woman is of few days and full of trouble. He comes forth like a flower and fades away; he flees like a shadow and does not continue. § My flesh and my heart fail; but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

The Father … will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever … The Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name. § Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

If we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus … And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.
